It can be taken with or without a meal, all three tablets should be taken at one time with water.

There is no need to take more than the recommended dose. Please follow the instruction on the bottle.

The recommended daily Upper Limit for vitamin D is 10,000 IU. Matrix SCS™ contains 4,000 IU of Vitamin D. We have also added Vitamin K2 to our product. It is important to note that studies have shown that the combination of a D3 supplement and K2 helps to build healthy bones and support cardiovascular health. Vitamin K2 is the nutrient that helps your bones use the calcium effectively and helps prevent cardiovascular disease.
